Shipping + Returns

Shipping

We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $75 (excluding taxes and discounts). We ship to the following: Continental United States including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to freight forwarders.

International

We are not responsible for any returned packages or custom fees.

Order Time

Orders must be placed by 12pm PST. Processing time is typically within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday). During sales, shipping may take longer - but be patient, the reward is worth the wait!  

Delivery Time

Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday (excluding holidays, holiday weekends). Please allow 5-7 business days for standard ground shipping delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.

Cancellation

Please note we will begin to process your order immediately after you click Submit Order button. Therefore, your order CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR MODIFIED in any way once it has been submitted.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

In-Store Exchange
